C3M is providing the overhead contact system (OCS) for the Alstom Hornell Site Renovation project in Hornell, NY. The renovated facility will manufacture the new generation of passenger rail vehicles for Amtrak’s Northeast Corridor. C3M will install OCS for the Dynamic Test Track and within the Static Test Building and provide overhead conductor rail at 3 locations along existing track #1.
Since the system was placed into service, C3M has provided OCS maintenance services.
