C3M will install all electrical, communication, and control systems and instrumentation for a 7,800-square-foot sanitary wastewater facility that will support the infrastructure requirements of Virginia Tech’s new Innovation Station campus.

The North Potomac Yard Pumping Station will convey the flow from Innovation Station to the Alexandria Renew Enterprises wastewater treatment plant. The scope of work includes construction of mechanical screening facilities, a self-cleaning wet well system, wastewater pumps, piping and valves, a bridge crane, a monorail hoist, and various utilities such as HVAC, electrical, and control systems. The project team will also construct a public park for the local community.
