The objective of this project was to install a new pump station and gravity siphon system with a 60" storm drain approximately 10' below the existing track level and plug the existing 48" storm drain to alleviate flooding inside the Howard Street Tunnel.

C3M was responsible for the complete installation of electrical systems including a new electrical utility service, power distribution, lighting, and receptacles, controls for the pump station. C3M also provided removal and reinstallation of traffic signal systems as well as conduit and fiber optic cabling within the nearby Howard Street Tunnel.
