C3M is constructing overhead contact systems and performing traction power work for the MAX light rail system. The Tri-County Metropolitan Transportation District of Oregon (TriMet) is extending the MAX Red Line to serve 10 more stations and improving schedule reliability for the entire MAX system. The scope of work includes adding a second track to portions of the Red Line, rebuilding the Portland International Airport station, and constructing a new station at the Gateway Center.
