C3M is performing an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract to provide foreman and journeymen electrician labor in support of various WMATA projects throughout the metro system in Washington, DC, Maryland and Virginia. These tasks include replacement of 1000 KCMIL DC positive and negative traction power cable, replacement of automatic train control cable, and installation of new emergency trip station (ETS) system including cabling and equipment, installation of new radio communications cable, installation of new fiber optic cable, and ancillary system components throughout the WMATA Metro system.
This is C3M’s second consecutive contract of this type with WMATA having previously completed a successful 6-year year term in 2017.
