🏆 C3M Wins a Washington Business Conference (WBC) Craftsmanship Award!

We’re proud to announce that our WMATA Blue Line Project has been recognized with a WBC Craftsmanship Award!

This project, key to WMATA’s 100% 8-Car Train Program, involved major electrical upgrades across seven Tie Breaker Stations (TBS) and seven Traction Power Sub-Stations (TPSS), including:

  • Power Upgrades – New AC/DC switchgear, transformers, rectifiers, upgrades to substation bus ducts, battery chargers & more

  • SCADA Integration – RTUs, HMIs, communications systems, testing & training of the new equipment
